An all-ages hospice partnership for Greater Manchester
The GM Hospices Provider Collaborative is an all-ages partnership comprising Greater Manchester's seven adult hospices and two children's hospices. Together we work with health and care partners to improve access to specialist palliative and end-of-life care across Greater Manchester.
